At Matthew's at Lakemont, Deli, our goal is to provide the highest quality caliber food coupled with outstanding customer service. Our deli features delicious homemade entrees such as mini meatloaf and Teriyaki Tri-Trip, along with many other made-from-scratch entrees highlighting the creative talent of our team. We also offer prepared foods like par-grilled salmon fillets where you can finish cooking them at home, a convenience to you we are proud of being able to offer. Always fresh, and with nothing but the best ingredients, our customers choose our deli foods for the healthy and mouthwatering fare!

Nelson Benz, our Executive Chef and Deli Manager, received culinary degrees in both Pastry and Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in London, and has worked at some of the best restaurants in both Seattle and London. The deli staff is highly experienced with over 65 years of chef experience combined. Our staff includes three cheese specialists, two meat and seafood experts, one pastry chef and many other talented people with great knowledge and profound passions for food.
